Future training
Future training is a form of training which brings together future oriented professionals to discuss, share opinions and to learn something new. Strength of this training are the participants who can share their own experiences and therefore together find those important aspects that influence their organizations in the future.
Rajaketo arranges these trainings fully online and they use so called modified version of the Delphi method. Every training has at least couple of rounds, in which participants get to answer important topic specific questions. Participants have plenty of time to answer and reflect on the questions on their own or together inside their organization. Between each round the moderator will analyze the answers, choses best approach and creates the questions for the second round. Answers will be anonymous and they cannot be connected to specific organization. This gives an opportunity to share information more freely and puts all the organization on a same position, without regard to the participant.
Training is arranged if minimum requirement of attendants is met. However, there can be more than one attendant from one organization.

Future oriented online training
Rajaketo arranged future oriented online trainings for various groups of companies. These future trainings function as support of organizations strategic work as well as a unique tool to anticipate future trends, opportunities and threats. Future training functions also as a panel of experts, with companies having an opportunity to learn from each other anonymously. At the end of the training the companies will get condensed report which can be used as a strategic background material inside the company.
During the training participant will share their own views, experiences as well as ideas on future development of the selected field or phenomenon. These views and experiences are discussed anonymously. This training is good for your organization if you have a certain problem that you would like to discuss with a group of companies. This also helps your organization to understand how other similar organizations see the future.
How does it work
Future training is executed with round base model which uses modified version of Delphi method. This means that every attendant gets necessary material to explain the process from the moderator on the start of the training. Moderator will also deliver topic related questions with the needed material. Participants have 12 days in each round to answer the questions send by the moderator. Ideal answer is something where participant reflects the questions to their own organization or their own experiences. When the answers have been returned, the moderator will analyze them and create the material for upcoming round. Within this analysis answers are also kept anonymous.
There will be three rounds in each training, following possible extra rounds and/or analyse phase of the end result. Next rounds are usually meant to reflect themes of the previous round and to better target interesting topics and participant consensus. Sometimes selected theme can however require more than three rounds for the topic to be narrowed down. The final process will be determined by the given answers and based on moderators analyse. The amount of rounds can also change contingent on needs to address some points more thoroughly.
Calculated time used for familiarising the material and reflection your thoughts should be about 2 to 3 hours every round. However, everyone is responsible for their own use of time and it’s possible to do this faster as well. In order to get good and valid results, it is recommended to use right amount of time. Participants can also have discussions inside their organization during the 12 day answering time. Calculated time in each course is only directional and determined by participants, as well as the chosen topic.
In the end of the training moderator will make a final report and analyze from the topics discussed. This report will be delivered to all participants and can be used inside participants’ organizations. The idea is that participants can use the material and results to support their own strategic planning. Future training gives participant better understanding of future potential and, therefore, better readiness to prepare for the future in good and bad.
